Anastasia Stalnaya started to play volleyball in the age of 9 in sport school SDUSHOR 65 NIKA. Then she became a player of Volleyball club Fakel, then VC LUCH. She spent last season in Volleyball club Severyanka. Anastasia Stalnaya became a player of Russian Youth Girls team when she was 14 years old. She won 2015 CEV U18 Volleyball European Championship - Women. As a player of Russian Junior Women's team she won 2016 CEV U19 Volleyball European Championship - Women.
